Scope of Work
General Scope:
Develop and implement a marketing strategy and content calendar to support ticket sales, audience engagement, and brand awareness for the event’s run at Alameda Point.
Create, schedule, and publish content across active social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), including static posts, short-form video, and stories.
Engage with social platforms for leads and sales: Proactively interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and drive engagement to generate leads and increase sales.
Manage the execution of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
Plan and manage paid digital advertising campaigns to support event awareness and ticket sales, using agreed-upon budgets and platforms.
Monitor and track campaign performance metrics such as impressions, reach, engagement rates, clickthrough rates, and conversions.
Coordinate with the Vau de Vire team on timelines, creative asset needs, campaign deliverables, and event milestones.
Provide monthly reports summarizing marketing performance, including analytics from social platforms, email campaigns, and digital advertising. Reports should include key metrics, observed trends, and recommendations for adjustment or optimization.
Add Weekly Touch-Base: A weekly meeting or check-in will be scheduled to review progress, address questions, and adjust strategy as needed.
Escalate inquiries to core production team: Any complex inquiries or issues that cannot be resolved independently will be promptly escalated to the core production team.
Develop influencer and community outreach strategy: Create a strategy for organic influencer and community engagement to build relationships and support growth, distinct from paid influencer campaigns.
Create off-season content and troubleshoot as needed: Develop and schedule content for off-season months, while troubleshooting any issues that arise during this period.
